Foundations were laid in 1991, when tax accountant David Mond and solicitor Leon Sholl formed Exclusive Mercantile Agency Pty Ltd to address claims leakage in the insurance industry. The company quickly evolved into one of the leading insurance and general recovery agents in Australia.
Managing Director, David Mond and Solicitor Director, Leon Sholl are still closely involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and continue to inspire the group to innovate and grow.

Exclusive Mercantile Agency Pty Ltd creates its own cost-effective recovery model that helps insurers reverse ‘claims leakage’ problems, particularly through audits of finalised files.
